Many Texas courts require that you provide your Texas Driving Record when completing a Texas Defensive Driving Course. Even if you are taking your defensive driving class online, you may need to provide the court with your driving record.
Ordering your driving record is as easy as visiting the texas state website and placing an order with them. Generally your driving record is placed in the mail within 5 days.
Be sure you give yourself time to get your driving record before your court date.
